Concept to Component

Custom precision components

We manufacture custom precision components to project requirements using CNC and conventional machining capabilities.

Accuracy to drawing

For suitable work, we can hold machining tolerances within 0.01 mm and work accurately to drawings specified using GD&T. Where tighter final tolerances are required, precision grinding can be arranged through specialist partners.

Design and partner processes

Engineering design in SolidWorks can be coordinated with heat treatment and other specialist partner processes, providing one point of contact through the project.

Common project questions
What machining tolerance can Circle Line Engineering hold?

For suitable work, we can hold in-house machining tolerances within 0.01 mm and work accurately to drawings specified using GD&T. Where tighter final tolerances are required, precision grinding can be arranged through specialist partners.

Do you provide SolidWorks design support?

Yes. We use SolidWorks for 3D modelling and detailed engineering drawings, and can coordinate design support with prototyping and manufacture.

Which specialist processes can you coordinate through partners?

We can arrange specialist partner processes including precision grinding, heat treatment and other processing requirements when they are needed to complete a component.
